The students of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, who received the state scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the state scholarships named after Islam Karimov and Navoi, were awarded by the director of the branch with a special “Certificate”. Associate Professor of the Department of “Stage Speech and Art Studies” V.B. Gulsanem Tursunova ceremoniously handed over the certificate of associate professor scientific title approved by the decision of the High Attestation Commission.
