On March 14 of this year, an open dialogue between the director of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture Gapurov Mirmukhsin Kamoldinovich and students of the 2st year of full-time education was canceled.

During the open dialogue, the branch director of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, dated January 24, 2025 PQ-26 “Measures to further improve the activities of higher education organizations in the Fergana region” In accordance with the decision of the “Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, the Kokand branch of the Tashkent State Technical University and the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, the Kokand State University is being established and explained the essence of this decision to the students in detail.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation No. 464 dated December 11, 2024, the following students of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture at the bachelor’s level for the 2024/2025 academic year were awarded the Presidential State Scholarship – Mushtariy Khudoyberdiyeva, the Islam Karimov State Scholarship – Ekhtiromkhon Kudratullayeva, and the Navoi State Scholarship – Sarvara Najmiddinova.

Today, the branch director Gapurov Mirmukhsin Kamoldinovich solemnly presented special “Certificate” to all three of our female students.

In accordance with this decision, the activity of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture is being terminated. In this regard, all claims of legal entities and individuals will be accepted within one month from the date of publication.

POEM AND NAVO

🎼 A theatrical concert program “Nazm va Navo” dedicated to the birthdays of Alisher Navoiy, the great thinker and writer Alisher Navoiy, and the great warlord, horn and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur was held in the musical drama theater of Kokand city.

🔷 At the concert, charming songs composed to Navoi and Babur’s ghazals, attractive dances and stage performances were performed by the ensemble “Youth of New Uzbekistan” composed of professors, teachers, graduate students and students of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture.

The report on the results of 2024 of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture “Theatre Art” department and the educational-methodological, scientific-research and spiritual-educational activities planned for 2025 a meeting was held on the analysis of cases. Branch director Mirmukhsin Gapurov, deputy directors, heads of departments and professors of the department took part in the meeting. During the meeting, plans aimed at further increasing the scientific potential of the department’s professors and teachers in 2025, further improving educational and methodological work, developing scientific research activities based on systematic and innovative approaches, and effective implementation of spiritual and educational work were defined.

4th year students of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture of the “Musical Theater Acting” field of study passed the final examination on the subject “Acting Skills”.
In the final inspection, the students presented a performance called “Halima” based on the work of the writer Ghulam Zafari.

Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, 3rd year students of the “Musical Theater Acting” course of study submitted the final control work in the subject “Acting Skills”.
In the final control work, the students presented a play called “Khanuma” based on the work of writer Avksentiy Antonovich Sagarelli.

On January 21 of this year, a “Director and students” meeting was organized between the director of the Fergana regional branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture Gapurov Mirmukhsin Kamoldinovich and students of the 5th level of correspondence department.

During the meeting held in a sincere spirit, students expressed their demands and proposals aimed at improving the existing problems in the educational process, increasing the efficiency of creative activity and further improving the quality of education.

Branch director Mirmukhsin Gapurov answered the questions of the students in detail and said that he will use all the available opportunities to positively solve the issues, demands and proposals that interest them.

Principles of Promoting Reading Culture and Book Culture

🔰 Today, a scientific-practical conference on the topic “Principles of Promoting Reading Culture and Book Culture: Problems and Solutions” was held at the Fergana Regional Branch of the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, organized by the Department of Social Sciences, Library Science, and Sports.

📚 The conference covered a wide range of topics, including reading culture, book culture, increasing young people’s interest in books, developing reading habits, digitization technologies of Information Resource Centers (IRCs), and the significance of Mahmudhoja Behbudi’s drama *Padarkush* and Abdulhamid Chulpon’s short story *Qor Qo‘ynida Lola* in the fight against ignorance.
