Planning and Finance Department

Duties of Planning and Finance Economist:

  • Collection and analysis of information required for the preparation of all financial estimates of the branch;
  • Analysis of budget and extra-budgetary funds by items in the cost estimates;
  • Control the proper use of the budgeted funds for their intended purpose, not to allow unnecessary or excessive costs.
  • Timely conclusion of lease and utility contracts with tenants for the lease of space in the territory of the branch and its premises;
  • Control over timely payment of rent and utility bills by tenants;
  • Submit information on vacancies to the Personnel Department of the branch by the 30th of each month;
  • Monitor staffing by timely recording of recruitment and dismissal orders;
  • Submit a report on staff turnover (rate) to the Accounting Department of the Institute by the 10th of the month following each quarter;
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly, annual report form 1 -T (labor) to the city statistics department
  • Collection of certificates of timely payment of land and property tax obligations of employees and faculty members of the branch;
  • Temporary performance of duties of an employee who is absent due to valid reasons;
  • Perform various other tasks related to the activities of the department.
  • Preparation of scheduled reports;
  • Preparation of draft budget and extra-budgetary expenditures;
