Today, the Director of the Fergana Regional Branch of the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, Mr. Mirmukhsin Kamoldinovich Gapurov, presented Certificates of Appreciation (“Tashakkurnoma”) to the parents and mentors of Mushtariy Khudoyberdiyeva, recipient of the Presidential State Scholarship; Ekhtirokhon Kudratullayeva, recipient of the Islam Karimov State Scholarship; and Sarvara Najmiddinova, recipient of the Navoi State Scholarship, in accordance with Order No. 464 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation dated December 11, 2024.
During the award ceremony, “Diplomas” were also presented to talented students Mumtozbegim Turgunova and Sugdiyona Valijonova for their outstanding achievements in international competitions.
