On December 18 of this year, an open dialogue was held between the Director of the Fergana Regional Branch of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, Mr. Mirmukhsin Kamoldinovich Gapurov, and first-year students of the part-time education program.
During the open dialogue, the branch director got closely acquainted with each student and shared his insights on guiding students toward scientific and creative activities throughout their five years of study. He emphasized the importance of fostering innovative thinking and actively participating in national and international competitions, festivals, and conferences.
